Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable as they are used to deliver your original package.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:
If your order was marked as delivered but never received, and you’ve already contacted your local post office without success, we’ll resend the original order after confirming the issue.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
We can cancel or modify orders before shipment. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you’ll receive a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may still request a return once the item arrives.
